ABB IRB 540S

The ABB IRB 540S is a modified version of the standard IRB 540 IRC5P that offers the same economical benefits and powerful software.

It delivers constant high finish quality and reduced overspray, thus reducing material consumption and waste. With a shorter vertical arm and a narrow base, the size of the Small 540 IRC5P makes it an effective paint robot for applications in limited and narrow areas.

There are also used ABB IRB 540S robots available through Robots.com. Every used IRB 540S robot goes through an intense refurbishment process.

The robot is not counterbalanced and can be mounted upside down. CP programming and manual PTP programming are not available on this robot.
