Motoman CR20

The Motoman CR20 is a six-axis, vertically-articulated robot made for cleanroom applications. The used Motoman CR20 is also available at Robots.com. The used CR20 has undergone Robots.com' expertly guided refurbishment process.

The CR20 MRC has a wide freedom of movement for handling work. With 6 degrees of freedom, this robot is able to handle workpieces in situations where 2- or 3- axis horizontal type robots would have difficulty. The Motoman CR20 was built to handle a variety of handling applications in a clean environment. Twelve cables (for tool operation) and five air lines (four for air supply and one for exhaust) run up to the wrist and are built in to eliminate dust. By using the Motoman CR20 MRC, a flexible handling system can be achieved under high-level clean conditions. It is ISO Class 3 and is capable of wafer cassette handling and large LCD handling.
