For high demand palletizing jobs, the Motoman MPL160 offers the speed and accuracy needed for maximum production. This four-axis robot arm has internally routed cables and air lines for high system reliability. A hollow wrist aids in wrist motion and increases cable life.

The MPL160 DX100 offers high performance for multiple infeed conveyors and up to four pallet build locations. The optional MotoPallet software works to simplify off-line programming for palletizing applications. The Motoman DX100 and MLX100 robot controllers are compatible with the MPL160 and allows for multiple robot control.
